The Chair will call to Order the evening's proceedings.

A minor variance application has been applied for to permit for a legal non-conforming use to expand by converting an existing covered porch into additional living space (approx. 220 sq.ft. or 20sq.m.).

A minor variance application has been applied for to permit the maximum GFA for an accessory building to 170 sq.m. whereas the permitted maximum is 100 sq.m. for the subject property. This would permit the applicant to construct a new garage.

A minor variance application has been applied for to permit a maximum fence height of 2.4m (8ft) starting 3.7m (12ft) from the property line on Station Street to the most western corner of the property.
