B04/2022WL – Snippe - 5444 Concession 4 Road

An application for a Surplus Farm Dwelling Severance has been submitted for the subject property. This application is proposing Parcel 1 - 0.611 hectare to be severed as a small holding residential parcel and then merging the remaining 9.136 hectares of agricultural land (Parcel 2)
with the applicants’ adjacent property, to the south, which is currently 30.98 hectares. Following the boundary adjustment, the adjacent property, being 1725 Regional Road 20, will be roundly 40.116 hectares.

This file has been adjourned to provide more time for agency consultation, as per an agency request.

An application for a minor boundary adjustment has been submitted for the subject property.
This application is part 1 of 2 with consent file B03/2022WL being the other related application.
This application is proposing Parcel 2 – 7.33 hectares to be severed and then merged with the
adjacent property to the south being Parcel 5, Mac’s Auto Recyclers Inc. at 1461 Regional
Road 2. These applications are being done to better consolidate the auto recycling operation
onto one parcel to permit site plan approval.

B03/2022WL

An application for a minor boundary adjustment has been submitted for the subject property.
This application is part 2 of 2 with consent file B02/2022WL being the other related application.
This application is proposing Parcel 4 – 5.75 hectares to be severed and then merged with the
adjacent property to the south being Parcel 5, Mac’s Auto Recyclers Inc. at 1461 Regional
Road 2. These applications are being done to better consolidate the auto recycling operation
onto one parcel to permit site plan approval.
