An application for a surplus farm dwelling severance has been submitted for 5291 Regional Road 20. The application proposes to sever off the existing residential use from the agricultural land at a size of ±0.4 hectares (±1.0 acres). The remaining agricultural land will be ±31.0 hectares (±76.7 acres) in size.

A minor variance application is to permit the decrease in the minimum distance separation (MDS) setback for the existing property of 148.75 metres to 139 metres.
